Gyros and barbacoa tacos, on 3009.

Gyro meat in warm pita with tzatziki and a hint of Texas smoked BBQ. Brisket barbacoa tacos with cilantro and onion. Kolaches, breakfast empanadas and bacon-spinach quiche in the morning, pastries all day, and popcorn (butter, white cheddar, or sweet with candy-coated chocolate).

Come in and sit down. Everyone else is a drive-thru.

Family-run, free Wi-Fi, tables big enough for a laptop and homework, two patio seats out front. We're next to The Little Gym, Mathnasium, Emler Swim and Kumon, so you can wait out a class here. Ten minutes from Randolph.

Or stay in the car. Order ahead, pull up out front (off the Walmart lot, by the Jimmy John's) and we'll walk it out.

Schertz goes to bed at eight. We don't.

Friday and Saturday we stay open late for Karaoke Night. No bar, all ages. During the week there's Book Club, Puzzle Palooza, and spirit nights where a dollar from every drink goes to a school club.
